Through out life, there will always be something to take our joy, a grumpy sales person, a family member aggravating you. A delayed flight, traffic being backed up. Get up late, cant find your keys...sound familiar? Spouse taking too long? Dont go the next 20 years doing the same ole thing. Allowing the same people and same circumstances to frustrate you. Go about things with a different approach, a different attitude. Relax and ask yourself is getting upset over the little things the circumstance stealing your joy? Make the decision not to give your joy away. Live each day happy. A joyful heart is good medicine. Take back what the enemy has stolen from you....
