#ThrowbackThursday to my first ever progress pictures taken in February 2012. I weighed 137lbs (about 20% body fat). As of today Im 14lbs heavier (at 13 % body fat) but am so much happier with my body shape and how I feel. Women are often subjected to the scale and are sucked into the less is better mentality. Although a scale is an easy way to quantify your workouts & diet plan, it often doesnt depict the addition of muscle and decrease of body fat. Try to use body fat measures instead of pure weight as a way to measure your progress!
