Tierhoek Organic Farm is proud of the fact that through our organic certification we have to meet very high social and welfare standards for all who live and work here. Every year the Department of labour inspects us. However that is not the most important thing when dealing with labour relations. What makes someone get up in the morning? What makes them do their best through the day? What keeps them motivated? The team at Tierhoek are the most important asset we have. Whether they live here with us on the farm, or come from elsewhere each day, they are the backbone of our business. Without their dedication, hard work and loyalty nothing would happen here!
