Time and time again I hear the words... Women who have muscles look disgusting Normally said by the normal or curvier people. I know we are all going to find beauty in different shapes and sizes but my point is that the girl with muscles or even just a toned up body had to put more work into her look than someone who kinda looks like they made theirs on the sofa and with junk food. Health and fitness isnt just to look good. Its to feel good too. Yes there are alot of keyboard warriors out there who love to put ppl down but in reality they are only attacking someones achievements that they themselves could never achieve. Fitness lovers should all be here to support each other not send a few crappy digs to others. But hey... this isnt a perfect world. Rich
