Time is growing increasingly precious as Ive entered into my last two weeks as a resident of this fine city, and know Im going to miss the hell out of it. All the ingredients of a remarkable place, both good and bad, are present here in Milwaukee. I will not be one of those leaving with a bad taste in my mouth, or feel the need to trash the place. Its been far too good to me to do that. Yes, we have deep problems here. If we want to accept mediocrity, then we will be just that. If we want to realize that we only have one chance to live this life, then we can start being exceptional. I know too many people here choosing the latter of those two options to think this place isnt one of promise.
