Time is running out to raise money for Sapphires final surgery. After fighting back from near death after a congenital heart condition and lung problems, she needs a chance to speak. At the moment her trachea is closed and she can only breath from a tube in her throat. Her voice makes no sound due to the location of the tube but she has been approved for surgery in Singapore. We need to raise the remaining $1000+ to cover her additional expenses. She flies out next week!
