Time is running out to sign up for the annual Valentine’s Day Wedding Celebration organized by the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, Ken Burke. Marriage licenses must be applied for by February 11. The Clerk has waived the normal $30 fee to perform the marriage ceremony. Standard Marriage License fees will apply.
