#TimeWarner has by FAR the worst customer service on Earth... For 4 weeks Ive had issues with my internet going in and out when its windy. For 4 weeks Ive told them that it doesnt take a Rocket Scientist like myself to figure out that since it only happens when its windy outside, that the problem is AT THE FRIGGING POLE like I told them from the very first day.. But, after they remotely fixed it the first time, repaired the connections inside of my house the second to no avail, I called them for the 20th time on Monday to tell them that my internet was not working again and that this was really getting old and ridiculous.. They then told me that theyd send someone out in 5 days, to which I responded Just disconnect my service..Ive been a customer for 20 years, but since you wont listen to me and cant fix the problem and now want me to wait 5 days to send someone, just disconnect it. They then escalated my issue to a Senior Technician and assured me that theyd be here on Wednesday (yesterday). I got home today - no internet.. I called Time Warner once again and told them it was out again and someone was supposed to come out yesterday, and obviously didnt, to which I was told They didnt make it and told me that someone would be there tomorrow to check it, but someone had to be here...I told her I had explained to her supervisor on Monday, that Im on the go 18 plus hours a day and couldnt be here..They assured me that would not be a problem...She said Yesterday is over. She then said shed reschedule me for NEXT week when I could be home... Now, its a problem.. I then told her that I was starting to get pi$$ed off, and to just have them come out and disconnect it rather than fix it because they assured me that someone would be here yesterday and never showed up, and now its suddenly my problem.. They then offered me a credit of some sort and I told them to just fix the f**king connection from the pole to their line, and the problem will be fixed, or disconnect it, and Ill lay their modem outside for them to pick up later.. The moral of this story, Time Warner Cable Sucks ... That is all..
