There are small things we can do that would be life-changing for them. That bread you threw away earlier because you didnt feel hungry anymore, that would fill their tummy for the whole day. We sometimes take for granted the things and blessings we have--like how we disregard or ignore these kind of people. This may sound harsh and you might be thinking: hey, Im a good person I give alms to people in need.; well, youve got to admit it: this is the truth. The next time you pass through them, give your uneaten or leftover snack, give a few spare coins, give anything--because with our help, we can lessen their burdens.
