PILANI Distt: JHUNJHUNU Sir(s), Mr.Keshav Dev Roongta, Mr.Radheshyam Roongta both residents of Pilani,Distt: Jhunjhunu(Rajasthan) have sold Two Ancestral & Joint Properties to Three Joint Buyers at Pilani in March-April,2011 for a shown consideration of Rs.25.00 Lac.The known and assessed Market Value of these Two Properties is in the Range of Rs.60-70 Lac. We are the Inheritors in respect of the sold Two Properties along with others and Mr.Keshav Dev Roongta and Mr.Radheshyam Roongta have fraudulently sold out these properties, without the consent and knowledge of other co-owners, by showing themselves as Power of Attorney Holder on behalf of others, whereas they did not have any such alleged Power of Attorney at the time of fraudulent Sale. Aggrieved by such illegal and immoral act of Keshav Dev Roongta and others, a Criminal FIR No.104/12 have been filed at Pilani Police Station for forgery, cheating etc and a separate Civil Partition Suit bearing No.22/12 is also filed before Hon”ble Additional Distt. Judge-Jhunjhunu. However it is also presumed and to the best of our knowledge this transaction of huge amount (including the concealed lower value shown in the Sale Agreement) transacted by Sellers and Three Buyers has also violated the various provisions of Income Tax Act as the Source of Money By the Three Buyers, Utilization of Money By the Sellers and Tax Accrued on the Income out of the transaction to the Seller is totally out of Books and accounts and therefore all the Persons involved are subject to verification and imposition of Tax and Penalty to save the enormous Loss to the National Exchequer. It is a matter of National Interest and needs to be looked and enquired into for ascertaining the genuinety, accountability of sources of fund, payment of the due tax on such transaction and in case of evasion is detected, immediate and proper steps should be taken in terms of the law for such transaction.
