To all Empaths: Our first understanding is that we exist in an omnipresent holographic field of infinite possibilities (This can be shown through several experiments that have been performed) There is a language that this Field understands. This language is from Feelings in our Hearts, driven by Belief. Creating Feelings, ie; Gratitude, Appreciation, etc. comes from a marriage of Thoughts (Imagination) & Emotions (Love, Fear, etc) Belief comes from feeling as if this is happening Now! rather than about to, or trying or wishing or conforming to some elses doctrine. As Empaths we are sensitive to Energies… We can feel large amounts of energy as well as from individuals. This may be likened to having a Compassion for One-ness. If we decide what that energy is or say something like I feel your pain, we are simply reflecting our own perspective upon this energy. Therefore this perception is one of our own (this is the fundamental mistake of an untrained empath) However, as we comment, react, respond & decide what this energy is, in knowing that we can only reflect self within this holographic, omnipresent field, we must self-reflect knowing that we will make self better from the triggers of this energy… Through this betterment we then project our existence back to the field as something better thus mirroring a more harmonious flowing existence for all. (we are all connected as holographic filament). In other words, Our responsible participation is what the universe becomes. The more integral our Thoughts and Emotions are in this field, the more we will enjoy a geometric unfolding of harmonious flow. That said, the sensitivities of an empath are beautiful in that it potentially allows a more effective exponential growth toward higher levels of personal awareness than people who arent as open to these energies (every being in the universe is an empath) hint: Once a deepened understanding of the field we participate in and our fundamental powers of creating in this field are realized, we can then proceed to make huge changes for what we will become... Note: We are no longer Observers of our universe but rather Participants in its unfolding or creation. We cannot impose our will upon the universe as to manipulate it to our desires We can only participate in its Becoming...
