To all my clients...you are protected by hippa guidelines. We cant divulge any information to anyone, not even to Greatlife, about you...not your name, phone number, email, address, and especially any health information, even though we dont do anything with insurance. We want you to know that a request for all our clients names and numbers be given to the front desk of Greatlife. In order to protect all of you, we were willing to cancel all our clients until the lawyers between us and them hammered it out. However, weve opted to meet you in the lobby so we dont have to give the information to them. They seem to be worried about your not feeling welcome. We hope you never feel that way. Although, weve heard complaints about some of the employees at the front desk of Greatlife not being very friendly. Look for us to be in the lobby waiting for you. If youve not been into us before, well try to remember the clipboard so we should have a clipboard in our arms. Just know we love and care about you. We will not be giving your information out to anyone, not even to another therapist in our office unless you switch or use another therapist. Thank you all for your support.
