To all those who continue to trash Peyton Manning, where is the respect??! Respect for him and respect for the game. He has and continues to so much for the NFL. His legacy is constantly being called into question as if he is playing by himself out there.... as if #s dont matter at all. And for the Brady fans, shall I remind you that two weeks ago when they played head up, Brady looked like complete dog sh*t against this Denver Defense that couldnt stop Russell Wilson and the rest of Seattle when it mattered. Peyton is your 2013 league MVP and has league MVP honors 4-times before. He received 49 out of 50 votes ... Tom Brady got the 1 other vote. As for Seattle tonight, there defense was brilliant! Thomas was doubled all night and Sherman locked up Decker for most of the night. What shocked me was that they left a linebacker on Welker and they couldnt capitalize. They played with two safeties over top for most of the game and got consistent 4-man pressure on Manning. Kam Chancellor may be one of the hardest hitting safeties I have ever seen. My point is that this Seattle Defense may be one of the best we have ever seen and give them credit instead of dogging Peyton. Dan Marino is still one of the best QBs ever and he never won a championship. Teams win Championships not QBs by themselves. Just my opinion. The guy is a 1st ballot HOFer no matter how you slice it. You think Brady would have done better against this Seattle Defense??
