To everyone who has sent comments to the web site regarding the poor performance of the site, we apologize. King Features has been experiencing intermittent, and sometimes extreme, server problems. Their team is working very hard to fix the problems, even working on Thanksgiving. It is system-wide and not just our site. Since it hasnt been consistently working in order to reply to comments on the site, Im doing it here. In reply to the reader who laid this on using our volunteers as beta testers—that has nothing to do with it. We also had other people besides the FB volunteers testing it (two of the volunteers had previous website testing experience). We just wanted to include a few fans in the process. Please be patient, everyone would like this to be resolved as soon as possible. We were just coincidentally launching when all this started happening. Thanks for your understanding.
