To my Surprise...recently got to know that not only employees (men) at associates level but also at manager level doesnt like the dress code policy..... So many compalints that a woman can dress up in most of the ways which are called as formals - sarees, suits, skirts, formals with sandals, chappals and shoes... but the poor guys need to be in complete formals from monday to thursday and they get only friday for casuals and that too collar tshirts and both casuals or formals with a proper shoes only..... I pity for guys.... and happy for gals.... bt again we gals need to take care of our feets by lotions, socks, pedicure.... which guys doesnt need to do as they are always with shoes....
