To my incredible Dad – Almost a year ago now I was told that I wouldn’t be able to ride horses again without being in excruciating pain let alone do any heavy physical exercise. You changed all of that for me, you gave me back the freedom of everything I had before and words will never come close enough to being able to thank you enough for that. You never once have given up on me, no matter how much I moaned because it was “too hard” or even on the days I would snap at you, you always stayed calm and positive and got me through it. It is truly incredible what you have done for me, not only for my back but you have given me so much confidence in myself and showed me how much fun and addictive the gym is. There is now not a day that goes by where I am too scared to bend over to tie up my shoe or where I have to spend a day in bed because it hurt too much. Every day I look forward to getting home from work and going to the gym with you (in the mornings its not as easy but I love it when I am there, haha). What an incredible man you are and how lucky I am to be able to call you my dad. I love you more than you will ever know and I am looking forward to our cardio session in the morning! Thank you Dad
