To watch an elder whos at peace with aging is wondrous, remarkable to me. As their world becomes smaller, they undergo a journey is best described as a return to early childhood. Where the awe and wonder of seeing close up the macrocosm that lives inside a bloom. They cherish a loving hand that holds theirs, the victory of crossing a room like a child whos learned to walk - as if theyd reached the top of Mt. Everest. Tumbling each moment into the microcosm that holds an infinity of colors, sounds, and emotions.
