Today Eagle Mine provided oral arguments before the Michigan Court of Appeals in contested case petitions dating back to 2007 challenging our Part 632 mining permit and the Part 31 groundwater discharge permit. The Court did not render a decision today. However, we are confident in our position and optimistic of the final court decision. Eagle is scheduled to commence operations later this year.
