Today, Heaven gained a new angel. My Uncle Robert Buddy Craft went to be with the Lord. We all loved him very much and he will be missed terribly. He was a member of the Swartz Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Oak Grove High School and Northeast Louisiana University (now ULM) with a degree in Business. He loved sports, especially baseball which he played for many years, and was an avid hunter. He was a very social person and enjoyed being with people. He is survived by his wife, Melba Crowe Craft, his son, Matthew Craft, 2 sisters, Kathyrn Braswell (my mother) and Jo Ann Pickett, and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and many friends and co-workers. He is preceded in death by his parents, J.T. and Mattie Mae McClendon Craft. As of now the visitation will be on Tuesday at the Cox Funeral Home in Oak Grove with the funeral on Wednesday at 2:00 at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel with burial at the Kilbourne Cemetery. Thanks for all the love, support, and prayers we have received during this difficult time. Please feel free to share with others.
