Today I am one week out from my surgery. Have been making steady improvement in physical and occupational therapy. Had a home visit today which went well. All looks like a go for discharge to home on Thursday. I will need to continue OT and PT 2-3 times weekly as an outpatient. Making that transition back to home is going to be scary at first, but I am sure looking forward to it! I cannot thank my friends, coworkers, patients, and family enough for their support, concern, and prayers.
