Today, I donated online to ALS Canada, in support of their current campaign, The #IceBucketChallenge As you know, we are raising awareness, funds, and creating more understanding about Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or-ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease) a misunderstood, progressive neuromuscular disease. EIGHTY PER CENT OF PEOPLE WITH ALS DIE WITHIN TWO TO FIVE YEARS, and that means two or three Canadians die, every day. There is no known cure or effective treatment for ALS.
