Today, I had a non-scale victory. We were decorating at work and taping items on the floor. I was desperately trying to avoid having to get on the floor. This is an old learned behavior from my 344 lb self who didnt get down on the floor because she couldnt get up. It finally dawned on me that Im not that person anymore. Im in such better shape. Needless to say, I got down on my hands and knees to help and was easily able to jump back up. That is what makes this all worthwhile. I get to LIVE my life...not just observe it!
