Today I had lunch with two true gentlemen Anton Mosimann long time friend of 30 years and one of the worlds top, top chefs. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anton_Mosimann you will see his creations below prepared today by head chef Jérôme Henry John Hutchinson the longest serving Concorde Captain again whom I have known since he came on to Concorde in 1977. John gave me a signed copy of his excellent book. The Wind Beneath My Wings. I am honoured to have such wonderful, genuine kind exceptionally talented people as my friends. John and I both veterans of many restaurants and hotels around the world concluded that this was the best lunch we ever had,. in the quite ambience of the Belgravia home of Mosimann, a beautifully converted church, where the service matches the quality of the food. I have to believe it has to be one of the 5 best eating experiences in the world for sure, that have been lucky enough to have dined in this is tops for me.
