Today I started my last week at Mandeville High School since I will be retiring on Friday. It is with sadness and excitement that I start this next season of life! I am so grateful to have had the privilege to work at the best high school in the state for the past 12 years and with the most amazing and dedicated faculty and staff that you will find any where. I was blessed to be able to work at the same high school that my girls attended and share those years with them. I cant thank the faculty enough for the quality of education that Kaitlin Godfrey and Kirstin Kellar received during that time and all that you did to prepare them so well for college and life. Never doubt that you are making a difference in your students lives everyday! My Soul Sistas in Administration, we are not co-workers but we are family! I still expect to be invited to the Christmas and end-of-year parties, Ladies! Thanks for all the great times, laughter, tears, memories galore and doing life with me. All of you are truly a gift. GEAUX SKIPPERS!!!!!!
