Today I want to give thanks to all veterans who have served & sacrificed for our country, I also want to thank a special veteran, my dad, Sgt Harvey Lee Goins, Jr , who served in the Korean Conflict. My dad is no longer with me, having been gone to heaven 9 years. His suffering did not end when he left Korea, he suffered from nightmares due to the horrors he had seen for the rest of his life.Somehow, to me,thank you is not nearly enough for what these veterans have endured. I feel that we need to do more for them. May God Bless all of our veterans & the organizations who reach out to help them when they come home or are done with their service.
