Today I was honored and privileged to attend the naturalization ceremony of my good friend Kim.....he finally did it he became a citizen of the greatest country on earth. ...it was very interesting to witness this event. Over one hundred people from 26 different countries. ...how cool is that. ...true melting pot Kim was the lone Dane....two from the UK. ...two from Australia. ..one from Somalia. ...several from Iraq and Iran......Turkey. ...Russia....a couple from Cuba. ...about 20 from the Philippines. ....and a mob of about 50 mexicans.....they all took the oath which seemed to be much longer than when I enlisted in the Army. ....lot of requirements. ...but hey it must be worth it........welcome to the United States of America.
