Today, I was humbled to receive the Elk of the Year award. I was totally surprised! I accepted this honor graciously but I need to thank everyone who made it possible. Timmy Doyle, thank you for sponsoring me to become an Elk and for having faith in me to be a good Elk. Popeye and Scott Koenig came out to help whenever they could with whatever they could. Jimbo and Wilma LeCompte, Lloyd and Joann Loupe came out to help with the ceiling tiles. Mike and Renee Calligan for helping paint in the rental hall. Larry and Stella Bordlee for helping with the floor waxing. Chad Doyle came out and pressure washed and Kelly Doyle came out to help with the floors while recovering from shoulder surgery. Jimmy Baldasaro for helping me clean up the storage lot in the back. My hubby, Eric who came out every time he was off work. Last but never least Lee and Joanie LeBlanc they were with me every step of the way. I really appreciate all the time and help you all kicked in with!! If I missed anyone, I apologize from the bottom of my heart.
