Today I was listening to Dr. Bruce Lipton, Best Selling Author of Biology of Beliefs, on the Hay House World Summit and just had to share a few of his points. He said that only 1% of illness and disease is genetic. The rest is based upon our environment. But not just the environment but rather our perceptions about the environment. He quoted a recent study from UCLA, that said, Our subjective perception of reality over rides our objective experience. He described how our perceptions are formed by our beliefs and that the subconscious, habitual mind (95% of our consciousness) is running these belief programs on Auto-pilot. He loves PSYCH-K and mentioned it today as a way to change belief programs in 5-10 minutes. He used PSYCH-K to help write his best selling book and uses it today! I deeply appreciate his message and his support for PSYCH-K. Thank you Bruce for making such a difference in the world!
