Today I was telling a friend how Danieles birthday falls one day after mine for a mere matter of five hours and half. The friends reaction was ohh, he gave you pain the night of your birthday? Pain? I dont remember any pain. They told me it wasnt such an easy delivery, but I have no memory for pain. I guess I was too busy enjoying the sense of wonder and unbelievable happiness and enchantment for being able to bring this tiny creature into the world. I knew since the time he was still an even tinier little bun in my tummy, just slightly more than a thought, that he will become the center of my own world, and Im so glad he did. He made everything better, every single moment worth it. He showed character, passion, generosity, strength, humor, perseverance and wisdom since he was less than one year old, as in the picture below. Im so glad to be his mom. Nothing could ever compare to the sunshine that his birth brought into my life. Happy birthday son! Love you forever, to the moon and back plus three whole rounds around Saturns rings. Here to many more years to share with you!
