Today Ive managed to get in a double day with cardio & abs in the morning plus a back & arms session later on in the day once Ive adequately recovered and refuelled. Here is a video of an exercise I like to do to add a bit of variation and also make my sessions interesting. Arm over arm heavy prowler pulls straight into arm curls. The pump is insane after a couple of sets and my forearms, biceps and lats were blowing! Give it a go if you have a prowler in your gym!
