Today Video Exercise Of The Day: Superman V-Up • Lie face down on the floor with your legs straight and your arms stretched out overhead. 1 - Raise your upper body and legs together about 18 inches off the floor, as if you were flying like Superman. 2 - Lower yourself back to the floor and roll over onto your back. 3 - Raise your legs straight up while also lifting your upper body off the floor and reach your hands toward your feet, keeping both your arms and legs straight. • Lower back to the floor, roll over onto your stomach again and repeat.
