Today at An TIonad Glas we learned about Organic Principles and the potential for both small & large enterprises and since the weather was still fine we spent a thrilling hour before lunch sorting and stringing up Onions in the Onion Shed...to be followed after Lunch by harvesting a long row of Red Onions and laying them out to dry in a very artistic fashion.Our new Canteen is taking shape and will be our second home for the next two years. Back at home I just managed to do a very hurried Hive Inspection before nightfall.Bees were very tetchy as, once again, the Smoker was an impossibility despite some new special fuel.But the good news is that Hive No.1 has filled its super almost to the brim in a little over two weeks.So am chuffed.Heres the video and apologies in advance for a duplicate clip of a couple of minutes. youtu.be/4Z7KXywU7Vw
