Today at noon on KOJB: Native America Calling Friday, July 12, 2013 – An Indigenous Perspective on Spending On the fourth show in our Financial Literacy series, we will explore how we balance traditional teaching with current concepts around money and finances. How do the ideas of wealth in mainstream culture compare to Native culture? Is it possible to challenge these ideas? How do we see ourselves as consumers? Can we make the shift to viewing money as a resource that needs to be managed?
