> Today at the The 59th Ivor Novello Awards, The Chemical Brothers were the recipients of the Outstanding Song Collection award, recognizing over 20 years of innovative and popular songwriting. The awards, which were launched in 1956, honour excellence in British and Irish songwriting and composing and are judged by the songwriting and composing community. The band wish to congratulate all their fellow winners and nominees and to thank BASCA, the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors for this huge honour.
