Today came with one of my proudest parenting moments. When we picked up Hunter from kindergarten, we asked his teacher how he did this week (they had assessment testing all week), she said that Hunter is wonderful. She said he really listens, he takes it seriously and she can see the concentration on his face when he works on what is asked of him. She said that is a rare find, and thanked us for having him so prepared. I almost cried! He is my wild boy at home and he is a very young kindergartner, I was thrilled to hear he has done so well, and that he wants to learn and do well. My heart is happy tonight.
