Today followed up with chairman member ANS n GM HR ANS. .......discussed manpower issue with chairman he said the presentation should not depict d idea to generate positions n promotions to the ppl in an organisation but it should need based to dat organization .... In any way we should not give impression to ppl dat avenues are being generated for them but it should come purely on requirement basis. He further said that there should be a firm structure with flexible proportions of various levels. I reacted that by saying we can understand d philosophy and functioning of organisation but we will not be buying this theory as it comes only when CNS needs some action in its favour or else its not ..In this present case even its been lingering on and on even two presentations had been made but thats not agreed upon ...on this he said that the presentation Ws not perfect .... I told if an ED that you only had selected cud not present to its perfection why our ppl should suffer ..CNS should suffer shortage.... ..n finally I told him dat what if u r still not satisfied with the presenration even now den .....he told no its not like dat ...let them come on any day of 28 or 29 of this month and if de cud not then he him self help out ...n told me nothing to worry and that he would get issue done.... .then on this .. I told him dat I still dont hv faith dat they cud make it but lets hope....as what else we can do.... ..After few minutes while he was discussing some philosophy ... I asked whaabout texisting vacancies... abd after hearing my statement he instructed to member ANS n GM HR ANS for action.... I said thank ..left his office. ...n followed up with member ANS n GM HR on this..... Lets hope ......
