Today has. Proved to me even more that anxiety wont kill me ( I must remember this) Ive had chest pain all day and convinced myself Im having a heart attack and about to keel over any minute. BUT........ Here I am, still alive and kicking, even though my kick is feeling a little weak. Moral of my long ass status is for all my buttys and pals that suffer anxiety or panic attacks, remember, you will get through it, control your mind instead of your mind controlling you!!!!
