Today i would like you all to practice using the thats right exercise, its very simple and very good for making you feel good about yourself and lifting your mood, heres what you do ......... Every time someone says something positive to you, such as ..thanks you have been very helpful.... in your mind you say to yourself thats right i am very helpful...... if someone says your cheerful or looking good or looking healthy ect, you say thats right i am looking good or healthy or thats right i am a very cheerful person. you will be surprised at how many positive things are said about you every day that you dont even take notice of xx
