Today is World Prematurity Day! Im so proud of my preemies and how far they have come, but most importantly I am proud of the wonderful doctors and nurses who took care of my precious babies! Anything could have gone wrong, but i was blessed with 2 strong, smart, healthy and beautiful baby girls. From being born 8 weeks early at 4lbs and 17 3/4 Maegan is now 22 months (20 corrected) and weighs 30lbs and ia 3 ft tall already! 36!! Bayleigh was born 52 minutes into 35 weeks at 4lbs 14oz and 17 3/4 she is now 11 months (10 corrected) and is 16lbs and 27! #Worldprematurityday #mommysmiracles #4lbs
