Today is a BIG massive day.......I will be spending today reflecting and celebrating some of my Favorite Transformations that i have been blessed to witness FIRST HAND over the last 18 months.... What the eye can see is magnificent.....But many of these transformations began from the inside out!!! So blessed these beautiful people are in my life Brittany is a beautiful mama and wife....90 Days in, she is KNOCKING IT OUT OF THE PARK My dear friend Sami had her first baby 9 months ago, and had 4 surgeries for Chrons while pregnant and started fueling her body with our nutrition and BAM!!! And that body came by only working out twice...this year....AMAZING And she feels incredible My BESTIE Tara and her Hubs Mike...over the last year he has dropped 40lbs and her 20lbs....AND they are both celebrating their 50th birthday this year....Can you say reversing the clock!??!!! But their life transformations are what you dont see in the pics.....It is so beautiful to see people i care about live their best lives and SHINE like the stars they are!!!
