Today is exactly 2 years since day 3 of Japans largest national SRT. It was the only time USA Brawl players went on their turf. It was exactly 6 months after Otori and Nietono top 2d the biggest and hardest tournament ever, APEX2012. This was the day that I put my entire heart into fighting through the hardest Japanese bracket on the complete opposite side of the world. I still get chills to this day even thinking about it. Although I did not win, I believe that I proved a lot to myself that day, as well as the entire country of Japan. As this moment in time drifts away, it will always remain a staple in my timeline of life. I learned so much in that time period; about Brawl, life, people, and really what Im capable of when I put my heart into it. Im going to play Smash 4 when it comes out, but Im going to try setting my heart into helping the world, whether it is becoming a vet or a pharmaceutical. As this chapter of my life closes, I want to thank everyone that has supported me on this 6 year journey.
