Today marks my last day of formal session as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives as the House concludes its regular voting sessions for the calendar year. I have been honored to serve the First Plymouth District in the House for the past 16 years, where I have amassed an almost 100% voting record. During my time at the State House, I have learned so much about our Commonwealth and built enduring relationships with colleagues and elected officials from both parties and more importantly with constituents, the people whom I am privileged to serve. While I am excited about my current journey to seek election to the Massachusetts State Senate, I am also faced with mixed emotions as I leave behind serving in a body where I have grown as an individual and public servant. It is here I have truly come to understand different perspectives and the importance of working together and listening to each other. Thank you for the tremendous honor I have to continue to represent you!
