Today...opposition staged walkout in LOK SABHA over Delhi Special police Establishment(DSPE act 1946) and demanded for black money back. DSPE act 1946 was first introduced in world war ll to investigate the case of bribery& corruption in armys supply in the year 1941.....later the CBI adopted its principle and act came into force as..Delhi Special Police Establishment act 1946...for Central bureau of investigation(CBI). (1) The sub-section of DSPE act 1946 states that its extended all over India. (2) in section 6A of DSPE act 1946 states that central govt should approve CBI to investigate the state. Hope BJP stands with the political ideology to root out corruption from the country... Sikkim needs cleansing too.
