Today the U.S. Supreme Court decided to allow lower courts to continue rubberstamping any and every kind of law that violates the 2nd Amendment. In a major announcement this morning, the Supreme Court refused to hear a case challenging the constitutionality of arbitrary rules governing the right to carry handguns in public for purposes of self-defense. In other words… if a state like New Jersey wants to make citizens justify a need to conceal carry, (which is in violation of the 2nd Amendment) and uses that criteria to deny hundreds of thousands of citizens the right to carry, then, so be it.
