Today was the first ride for me and Jewels at home since the accident. We brought her home from the place where the trainer was working with her (us) Sunday late afternoon. She didnt travel well at all. I had a club meeting after work last night. So today was the day. Some spooks in place. Shied away from some ribbons on the fence going down the lane. Trembled at the culverts laying at the edge of the woods. All with the trainer. Then i rode her and she was just all lookie-loo but no spook. I think I have the confidence back to manage her now. What a great day!
