Today we are celebrating the 1st anniversary for Women Empowerment group (We Care) at Masii Christian Chapel. ‘We care’ is a ladies group at MCC and which normally make paper beads which after selling to their clients get something in return. It is now one year since the group begun and thus far they have seen God. Through the leadership of Pastor Maggie and help from the Pastor and Elders of the Church, the group is doing well. They are grateful to Mitchell (from USA) for every effort she made to see the group begun. The artisans are well trained in bead work and as they say acquire new skills and training every now and then from their teacher Pastor Maggie. Today in the morning we had a wonderful time as with the ‘We Care’ ladies; games, sharing, fellowship and lastly Cake eating. Deuteronomy 31:3 The LORD your God is the One who will cross ahead of you. He will destroy these nations before you, and you will drive them out. Joshua is the one who will cross ahead of you, as the LORD has said.(HCSB). TO GOD BE THE GLORY.
