Today we had a lovely picnic in the park with a lot of our regulars and some new faces as well. two different hot meals lots of sandwiches crisps cakes and chocolate bars. toiletries were taken and the deodorant i bought on the way there was jumped on :) one young lady left with a massive bag of summer clothes that in her words were lush her boyfriend left with some jeans and happy he could go to get his haircut free of charge. (thanks to the generous Jason at Mr barber southbourne.) everybody left with a smile on their faces and a full tummy . we had one new helper today Jon who did a great job , Ingrid cooked again , I cooked, Bev and Jon made sandwiches. Matt helped rescue some visitors who couldnt get the toilet door to open :) all in all a nice positive day . Rachel ( to anyone interested Anastasia arrived safely in Istanbul )
