Today we held a surprise graduation ceremony at school for Aaron and Jerome, two students who have completed their YouthBuild requirements and secured jobs with a glazier company that didnt want to wait until August and graduation to hire them. They need their diplomas to keep moving forward, so we gave them their hard-earned diplomas earlier than usual. The outpouring of support for Jerome and Aaron from their peers this morning was overwhelming and wonderful. Please join us in congratulating Jerome and Aaron (who will walk in August with their classmates in front of friends and family), and in cheering on our other students, who are close to completing their requirements and receiving diplomas of their own!
