Today when Santa asked brayden what he wanted brayden asked at mommy house or daddys house from mommy or daddy and Santa went on to explain how he gives gift to children in split homes how sometimes he has to send elves to deliver early to certain mommies and daddies ... Brayden stared at him unamused and shook his head. so I whispered a quick rundown of his situation about his step brother explain Santa isnt real that he is like chucke cheese in costume and about how thats why he gets presents at both places as Santa out loud replied oh yes I think thats a nice toy oh he would like that nodding to me as I then explained the polar express and that before his holidays with dad had been supervised and now he has his first family holiday away from me . Santa then spent a good 10 minuts explaining to brayden how holiday work for him that he has extra love from extra people and that because he is so special and so strong and good for the busy life he has he wants him to come visit the North Pole sometime. Before he got up I teared up listening to him from a distance explaining to always remember no matter where he is mommy and daddy love him the same no matter who he shares christmas or any day with and he always has god and Jesus with him. As he walked away he whispered ill be waiting see you when u take the polar express to see me at the North Pole and winked at him . Brayden never did tell him what he wanted but that was the best Santa expierence ever... That man knew we werent buying photos we just walked by and saw there was no line ... Thank you Eastwood mall for employing such a wonderful person !
