Genesis 1:27 ESV Angrily the young woman stomped the picture of her now former boyfriend into the muddy ground. She was angry and could no longer stand to look at him. Though she despised him, he was bigger, stronger and she could not hurt him. This was her way of getting even. We are made in the image of God and satan would love to stomp you in the mud. God is bigger, stronger, and out of his reach so we are the next best thing. Every time that one of us falls into his trap he gets to gloat: this is what God looks like as a drug addict. Hang on to God tight and do not be used as a tool by falling to temptation. Though it looks pleasurable, it is nothing but a trap designed to mar the image of God one more time.
